Backstage moments from Sleeping Beauty! The show can’t go on without the costume closures, makeup, snacks, blister-taping and shoe-tying. A lot of good laughs and some happy tears happen back here. We 💗 our backstage times! We want to say the biggest THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Sleeping Beauty a success! From directors to dancers to audience, along with the countless hours of many volunteers who donated their time and talents every step of the way, to our donors and sponsors, we are so grateful for you! Want to be involved, but not necessarily to dance? Join our board or a committee.

  • Do you know how to sew, work with costumes, design, build scenery, paint, work with finances, act, take photos, video, cut music, plan activities and events, advertise on social media, arrange flowers, or do anything else that might be helpful? Or are you interested in helping with any of these things? We need you!
  • There are so many things to do and to prepare to bring a full-length ballet together, and we can’t do it alone. Come be involved as much or as little as you’d like! Lead a committee in an area you’re interested in, or come be a part of a committee and help where you want.

Who can audition?

Any dancer, ages 8-adult, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve danced. Utah Valley Civic Ballet is here to provide performance opportunities!
