Dancers have the opportunity to participate in Utah Valley Civic Ballet’s Adult Ballet Intensive, and grow in their technique, artistry, and communication. At the intensive, dancers will learn and clean a group piece to perform in the “Summer Exhibition” the Monday following.

Classes include: Ballet Technique, Pointework/Pre-Pointe/Foot Strengthening, PBT & Conditioning, Ballet Choreography Rehearsal, Variations, Pas de Deux

- Call Time – 5:00 PM
What is the schedule for the Intensive?
- Thursday, August 6, 2026 – 6:30-9:30 PM
- Friday, August 7, 2026 – 6:30-9:30 PM
- Saturday, August 8, 2026 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday, August 10, 2026 – 5:00 PM (Call Time), 8:00 PM (Show Time)
Can I participate if I can’t make it to the performance?
- Yes! While we highly recommend all dancers perform, we understand that not all are able or interested.
- When you fill out the registration, please be sure to indicate that you have “opted out”.
Is this a ticketed performance?
- Yes! This will be a shorter, discounted performance. Tickets will be made available shortly.

What about costumes & hair/makeup?
- Part of your registration fee goes towards your costume for the show! No additional fees.
- Each dancer will wear a performance uniform: a red company leotard (for you to keep) and a white tutu (for you to rent).
- Hair & Makeup details will be sent out at least a week before the Intensive. It will be simple, cheap, and accessible.
Please remember that all dancers of all levels are welcome! Whether you are currently dancing at a studio, you haven’t danced in years, or you are still learning, we have a space for you!
